If you receive a bomb threat, report the call immediately to Campus Security, X611, 
make a copy of this form, complete it, and submit it to Campus Security.


When you receive the call, tell the caller: 
"We want to prevent innocent people from being killed."

Try to ask the following questions:

4. What kind of bomb is it? ___________________________________________________
