I. Old Business (review/update of previous discussions and actions):

Cindy Martin reported on progress of sub-committee for items 1, 2, 3, and 5.

Besty Kikuchi reported on progress of sub-committee for item 4.

Ross Egloria reported on progress of sub-committee for item 7.

A concern expressed at this meeting was the lack of representation of instructional units with regards to sub-committee items, especially items 1, 2, 3, and 5. Another concern brought up was whether this AIC committee was charged with coming up with the actual plan for implementation or to just make suggestions for how to create the plan in order to implement improvements.

II. New Business (plans/deadlines for new initiatives and actions):

Nothing new to report. Next meeting will be in roughly three weeks with the date, time, and location to be announced.
