Meeting
time and day are set for 1:30 p.m. on Fridays as needed.

Committee
Chair and Recorder positions have been filled:
Don Thomson, Chair, and Diane Sakai, Recorder. Cheryl Mokuau and Terry Richter were selected as Vice Chairs at
the first AIC – Administrative Instability & Turnover meeting.
3.
Each
administrative position’s history was reviewed as suggested at the first
meeting. The committee reviewed a list
going back several years looking at who was in a position, for how long, and
reason for leaving.
4.
Takako
distributed copies of Executive Memorandum E2.211 University Leadership
Orientation, and the evaluation form from the UHCC Human Resources
Office as documents for administrative evaluation.
New
Business:
Three subcommittees were created to
focus on specific issues:
1.
Orientation
and Working Conditions Committee
Members:
Kay, Cliff, Jack, Manny, Stella, Doug
2.
Staff
Development, Internship, and Training Committee
Members:
Bob, Kathleen, Ron, Lucy, Takako
3.
Executive
Committee
Don, Terry, Cheryl whose charge is dealing with any other item not a part of the other two committees.
Future
Business:
Assignment for subcommittees: Get together and select a chair. Cliff will convene Committee 1, Kathleen
convene Committee 2
